Product details
Passa is sourced from the schists Passadouro and Sibia vineyards in the Cima Corgo region of the Douro. The grape varieties used are Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca, with vines up to 60 years old. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in second- and third-passage French oak for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red in colour, this wine has an elegant nose of red fruit, plum, and the black cherry characteristic of Touriga Franca. On the palate it is smooth and balanced with a pleasant acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
