Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma is very concentrated with notes of red fruits, cherry and blackberries. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, with well-matched wood. It presents a complex and prolonged mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal for accompanying red meats and when it is 10 years or older a soft cheese.
