Winemaking:
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Arinto,Encruzado,Alvarinho,Semillon,Antão Vaz,Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
With limpid and shining aspect, it presents a yellow citric colour, with a beautiful greenish tonality. In the nose offers a tasteful combination of floral aromas. Citrus. On the palate the wine arises in a very soft and attractive way, revealing fresh balanced aromas with a refreshing and balanced acidity, combined with an elegant mellow sweetness. Long and persistent aromatic ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies preferably grilled fish and seafood.
