Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation in 5000 L French oak vats. Aging in stainless steel tanks with light batonnage.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Cercial,Galego Dourado

Tasting Notes:
Clear yellow color, golden nuances. Clean nose, with citrus notes and minerality. Orange blossom. In the mouth it presents excellent acidity, very balanced, with mineral and citrus notes. Long, persistent and very fresh finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Fish dishes, salads, white meats and sushi.
