In the “Old School” model. Fermented in a small wine press with minimal intervention. Malolactic fermentation takes place in used French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months.

Pale straw yellow color, loaded. Intense, mineral, stone fruit aroma, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the Boal variety in fermentation. In the mouth it presents natural aromas characteristic of the Boal variety in fermentation. Long and super gastronomic aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Served at 10ºC/14ºC. Bottle lying down, in a place with humidity around 60% and a constant temperature (10-20ºC), and away from direct light. If stored in good conditions it has a great chance of improving for many more years.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with cheeses, intense and spicy cuisine.

Contains sulphites.
