The grapes from a single harvest are hand-picked and transported in small boxes and vinified according to the traditional Port method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed by foot in stone tanks. The fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy. This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential. Wine from a single harvest, aged in oak casks for a minimum period of 7 years.

Tasting Notes:
Dark blond color, with brownish nuances. Balanced and elegant wine, with notes of fig, delicate dried fruits and hints of vanilla, due to its aging in oak casks. Full wine, well balanced and with great texture. Flavor of raisins, honey and chocolate. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store upright in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
Food Pairing:
A pleasant accompaniment with dried fruits: almonds, raisins, peaches and apricots. It also goes well with sweet desserts, with eggs or dried fruit pies, coffee and vanilla. However, it is a wine that can be perfectly drunk on its own, chilled or at the end of a meal. As Port Wine is a natural product, it is susceptible to creating deposits.
