This wine is obtained after manually harvesting the grapes into boxes. This is followed by a short pressing to obtain the must, followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz,Jaen,Baga
Tasting Notes:
Mineral scented with fresh tropical fruits. Smooth and fresh on the palate with elegant fruit and balanced acidity that provides a very long finish. Soil type: granite with clay and sand lines.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an appetizer or with salads, Asian food or grilled fish.
