100% pressing of whole grapes. Vinification in cement vases. Aged for 5 months in French oak.

It should be kept lying down in a cool, dry place. Ideal serving temperature 10º -12ºC.

Excellent with fish, shellfish, salads, pasta and all types of poultry. It is a great wine to serve as an aperitif.
