Winemaking:
The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The teardrop must was cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. The clean must began fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. 75% was aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to reinforce the aromas of the grape varieties, and 25% in 500lt French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this rosé has aromas of red fruit. In the mouth, it's broad and voluminous with a medium finish.

Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
