Winemaking:
This wine is a tribute to the rich winemaking tradition of Dão, a region renowned for its ability to produce unique and expressive wines. This harmonious blend of 40% Rufete, 40% Jaen, and 20% Touriga Nacional reflects the essence of our land. The three-month aging in lightly toasted French oak barrels allowed this Rosé to achieve a perfect balance between fresh fruit and subtle spicy notes.

Tasting Notes:
With a pale pink colour, it reveals an intense and fresh aroma of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it offers a very balanced flavour, with soft tannins and a high minerality, characteristics that make it an ideal choice for pairing with a variety of dishes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant dishes based on fresh or gratin vegetables, starters like oysters or asparagus in butter sauce, or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon.
