Tasting Notes:
A bit earthy on the edges, this has nice solidity, a fresh feel and good flavour without becoming candied. The fine acidity lifts the fruit and makes it refreshing. Drink it young and fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
