Product details

Winemaking:
Classical vinification of open spout with decantation. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 15 º C. for 3 weeks.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Jaen,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Pink salmon colour. Very complex and enhanced aroma, revealing notes of plum and wild berries. Light and fresh taste. Well designed volume, very balanced and harmonious.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with sushi, fish and salads. Also as an appetizer.

Contains sulphites.
