Product details
Skin maceration for 48 hours at 12 ºC, enhancing the structure and aromatic complexity of the wine. After this period, the liquid passes into a cement vat where it ferments. When it reaches a density of 1030, it is transferred to used French oak barrels, finishing the alcoholic fermentation there and carrying out partial malolactic fermentation. It remains for 15 months in bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Open, bright yellow colour, on the nose it reveals an aroma of stone fruit, some almond, honeyed notes and vanilla. In the mouth it reveals extraordinary minerality, good structure, crisp acidity and all its aromatic complexity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10 ° and 12 ° C.
Food Pairing:
Oven dishes, pasta and intense foods, especially fish. Also good with soft and intense cheeses.
