Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without added additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Rocha pear, sugar, muscat wine (contains sulphites), citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
The Rocha do Oeste PDO pear is an exclusively Portuguese variety, mostly produced on the central west coast of Portugal. It is a fruit with an appetizing color, texture and flavor. Moscatel do Douro, a liqueur wine, makes an extremely delicate and light combination with the Rocha pear, making it a jam with a unique flavor.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal to accompany scones, toasts, crepes and tea. Excellent accompaniment to duck and game dishes, in vinaigrettes and salads in cocktails with Moscatel wine.
