Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without added additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Orange, sugar, Madeira wine (contains sulphites), citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
Orange jam from the Algarve region, a fruit with a sweet flavor, with juicy pulp, flavored with Malvasia Madeira wine, a sweet, rich and very fruity liqueur wine, with a deeper amber color, with a more complex flavor of nuts, dried fruits, coffee and caramel.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal for use in Chinese chicken salad, sauces for baked salmon, spaghetti with shrimp, grilled duck or roast beef, as well as a topping for apricot cakes. Perfect for spreading on oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate cookies, cereal bread, wholemeal toast, vegan cookies, and for creating cake recipes with chocolate creams.
