The vinification took place in late November, followed by a stage in barrels of 225 Lt of French acacia for 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Golden straw colour. Aromas of tropical fruit, jam and peach. Full-bodied and unctuous has a high sweetness in excellent balance with good acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Accompanied by a gorgeous appetizer Foie-Gras or also as a digestive accompanied deserts.
