A sweet, elegant wine resulting from the dehydration of the grapes due to infection by botrytis cinerea (noble rot) and the consequent increase in sugars and acids in the grapes, which were left in the vineyard several weeks after ideal ripeness and harvested in the second week of November.

Tasting Notes:
Very loaded in colour, aroma with notes of honey, fruit in syrup, dried fruits, all with very good impact, faint oxidative note, characteristic of this type of wines and a slight sensation of volatile acidity, also usual. Very sweet in the mouth, but with acidity to spite the whole, the luscious notes stand out, it is a late white of very good size and full of attractiveness.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; As a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.

Excellent accompanying desserts.
