Tasting Notes:
Originating in one of the (few) old white vineyards existing in Dao, is an opulent wine, with clear notes of barrel surrounding the fruit and creamy and deep, elegant citrus to prolong the end. This wine will grow in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Fish and shellfish, even with sauces, lean meats and goat cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
