Winemaking:
Made with Encruzado grapes harvested from Ribeiro Santo’s old vineyards and another plot in São João de Lourosa. It was used the French method 'sur lies' to produce this white wine. The fermentation occurred under the same French method. Fermented later in 300L barrels where it aged for 6 months with bâtonnage. After bottling, the wine was staging for another 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Clear lemony colour. Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herb with a mineral profile. In the mouth it shows complexity and freshness, with refreshing minerality and citric acidity.

Best served at a temperature around 10-12ºC.
