Tasting Notes:
Pale bright green colour. Very aromatic. Stand the tree fruits such as apple, pear and peach. Fresh, mineral, white and yellow fruit with a good mouth structure. Persistent and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well as a starter, seafood and grilled fish.
