Tasting Notes:
Dark amber colour, greenish rim. The aroma of this wine is very intense and complex, with a mix of spices, dates and dried fruit nuances that blend with notes of crystallised fruit. A bright and spicy citrus profile adds a delicious touch, complemented by subtle notes of brown sugar and oxidisation, creating a truly unique and captivating bouquet. On the palate, this wine is strong and perfectly balanced, with its acidity serving as the perfect complement to the wine's natural sweetness. The wine's flavours of dates, walnuts, caramel, grilled hazelnuts and creme brulee come through beautifully, creating a truly indulgent drinking experience. The wine's long, spicy finish is a testament to its citrus profile, with the firmness of the acidity ensuring that the wine's flavour lingers long after the last sip.
