Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually, with the stems being destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After the lees are separated, fermentation begins and takes place for around 2 weeks at 14-16ºC. Around half of the batch is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees for 6 months and the other half is aged in used barrels, also for 6 months.

Encruzado,Malvasia Fina,Cerceal
Tasting Notes:
Citrine yellow color. Mineral aroma and notes of white pulp fruit. It has a good volume in the mouth, with great freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 10ºC. Keep the bottles lying down when possible and in a temperature-controlled environment.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with seafood rice, paella and salads.
