Winemaking:
After de-stemming and crushing, the masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the must was separated from the skins, and after this operation, subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification. Fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, part of the batch aged for about 6 months in used French oak barrels, and the other part aged in stainless steel vats.

Aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels, this wine reflects the excellent characteristics of freshness and minerality that are the hallmark of the Encruzado variety. Very tasty in the mouth, it reflects the aromas felt in the nose, to which the characteristic volume and acidity of this variety are added, destined to evolve in the bottle in a very positive way.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 10/12°C.
Food Pairing:
Oven-roasted fish, roasted goat, soft cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
