Product details

Winemaking:
An exceptional wine from unique vineyards located on a plateau at an altitude of 500 metres on the right bank of the River Dão. This unique wine comes from a plot with blue granite bedrock, giving it a distinct and captivating personality. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in raw concrete eggs, an artisanal process that emphasises its complexity. For 9 months, the wine rests on its lees in the same eggs, acquiring a silky texture and intense aromas.
