Tasting Notes:
Clean and bright yellow colour, mineral with complex citrus aromas, excellent body and acidity, complex, citrusy and with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Great combination with cod dishes or fish dishes in the oven. Also for white meat dishes.
