Winemaking:
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 20 and 25ºC for 3 to 4 days; Fermentation interruption with wine spirit at 77º V/V.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinto Cão,Tinta Barroca
