Tasting Notes:
It has the flavour of intense dried fruit with toasted notes and a complex nutty smell with slight hints of ripe fruit aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 12ºC and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Foie-gras, sweet desserts - Christmas pudding, mince pies, cakes, milk chocolates, walnuts, nuts, crème brûlée -, Roquefort and as a digestive with cigars.
