Tasting Notes:
pink wine with orange hues and a slight effervescence typical of Vinho Verde. It has a delicate acidity and an aromatic freshness of citrus fruits combined with notes of strawberry and raspberry. It is particularly lively, balanced, elegant and has a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to consume between 8-10º. Like most Vinho Verde wines, it should be drunk young, ideally within a year and a half after harvest.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal to accompany fish, seafood and white meat dishes, as well as various types of starters and salads. Drinking it on its own is also an excellent option, being suitable for relaxed moments.
