Product details
Grapes were completely destemmed followed by pressing in an inert atmosphere to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes. The wine fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of between 16ºC and 18ºC. During ageing in stainless steel vats, the wine was racked off the fine lees (batonnage) for two months. Light fining and strict filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma, with floral notes and mineral character. In the mouth it surprises by the acidity and freshness with fruit dominating the palate, with a dry, creamy and very long profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
It accompanies delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine based on fish, white meats, soft cheeses and light cold meats.
