Product details

Winemaking:
100 per cent of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, 60 per cent new, for a period of 21 days. This is followed by a 4-month batonnage period and partial malolactic fermentation. Selected yeasts are used. The three grape varieties used are harvested and vinified separately. It is aged in barriques for four months after alcoholic fermentation.
