Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a bright and clear color. On the nose it presents notes of ripe fruit and black fruits. The violet floral character of Touriga is there. Some sweet aromas resulting from the aging in wood give it some complexity and harmony. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing a good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the region's granite soils makes the wine more elegant, mineral and fresh with good acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
To consume now or keep for a few years. It goes well with meat dishes, sausages, cured cheese and desserts.
