Product details

Winemaking:
Fermented in oak vats with 40% of the whole bunch and about 20 days of maceration after fermentation. The Jaen and Alfrocheiro varieties undergo a vinification and aging process individually and the blend is made before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Combine with strong meat dishes, such as lamb, varied game dishes or sausages. Also very good with strong cheeses and fatty fish.

Contains sulphites.
