Winemaking:
Harvest by Hand. Total destemming. Maceration for 24h with low temperatures before the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Soft reassembly to extract colour and aroma. Transfer to used French oak barrels of 225L, for 12 months.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Medium ruby colour. Black fruits aroma combined with some spices like black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine, true to self, with structure and exuberant and persistent finish. Balance between the oak barrel influence and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Food Pairing:
Pairs perfectly with roasted meat dishes, dried nuts, mushroom and soft cheeses.
