A blend of Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. Vinification is carried out by grape variety, always with careful and gentle extraction. Aged in cement tanks. The grape varieties are blended in the spring following the harvest. The blend is further aged in cement tanks. Light fining and filtration are performed before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Medium-intensity, bright ruby. Intense fruit aroma with notes of red berries, raspberry, and strawberry, with a light herbal touch. Fragrant, delicate, and elegant. The palate is marked by fresh, linear acidity, smooth tannins, and excellent balance. The finish is moderate, yet crisp and fruity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for game (hare, rabbit), roast lamb, roast pork, Portuguese stew and all types of intensely flavoured meat dishes.
