The grapes were harvested manually, having fermented slowly. Partial ageing in used barrels for 10 months. The result is a wine that excels in elegance and complexity.

Notes of cherry, cocoa and a fine freshness vegetable. Great elegance and delicacy, with fine silky tines.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
