Winemaking:
The different grape varieties are harvested in the ripe state considered ideal for each of the varieties that make up this batch. Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual selection in a choice mat. After de-stemming and crushing, vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration appropriate to its characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wines obtained from Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro Preto aged in French oak barrels of different ages, and the rest in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
A blend of highly characterful varieties, typical of the Dão region, which give rise to a wine with fresh aromas and fruit, where a slight aging of part of the wines that make up the blend in French oak barrels added body, presence and complexity , without compromising the traditional elegance and smoothness that are the hallmark of reds in this region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Roasted cod, octopus "à lagareiro", roast beef, Alentejo pork.
