Winemaking:
Grapes pressed with total destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at a temperature of 28-30ºC. Maceration for 13 days with gentle pumping over. Aging in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine was only subjected to light filtration through cellulose sheets in order to preserve the integrity of the wine.

Jaen,Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Perfectly clear, bright ruby color, with an intense bouquet of fresh fruit reminiscent of wild blackberries, plums and blackcurrants. On the palate it has a good body, is very powerful, with the natural astringency of youth, with elegant tannins and a long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
A wine to be drunk now, although it improves significantly with 6-12 months of ageing in the bottle. Excellent for keeping for a period of 5-7 years. Serve: at a temperature of 14º-16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with roast meat dishes and sausages.

Contains sulphites.
