Winemaking:
Vinified by the traditional process with maceration in stainless steel vats with fermentation temperatures controlled 26ºC. Ageing 100% in stainless steel vats.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Jaen

Tasting Notes:
An appealing wine in aroma complemented with oral touches and notes of spice. Elegant and mineral with a natural freshness.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Food Pairing:
Especially recommended served with grilled red meats and stuffed poultry.
