Product details
Vinification was carried out by the traditional process, in clay hoists and without temperature control. The ancient way of making the wine was fully respected. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts of the region and without any addition or correction of musts. The wine aged for two months in a bottle. This wine has not been stabilized prior to bottling so as not to affect its development potential and may create a natural deposit during the stage in the bottle.

Trincadeira,Moreto,Tinta Grossa
Tasting Notes:
Ruby open colour. In the aromas it shows notes of cherry, plum and a slight vegetal touch. In the mouth reveals freshness and minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Roasted meat, pasta and game.

Contains sulphites.
