Tasting Notes:
Blond colour with amber reflections. On the nose it is complex and delicate, with an overlap of aromas of spices and exotic woods. In the mouth it is elegant, medium dry and with a present acidity. With clear notes of candied fruit, spices and some balsamic notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 15ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a wine that satisfies the most demanding connoisseurs, both solo and with a cigar, but always to be shared with good friends.
