Tasting Notes:
Lots of notes of red fruit, dry wood and phosphorus, spicy, dry vegetable in the background. Medium-bodied in the mouth, fine profile, round and ripe tannins, tasty finish with an attractive fruity sweetness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
