Produced in the best vineyards of Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima - all of which have always been certified organic - this Organic Reserve wine is part of the original blend of national and international varieties (the remaining blend has been on the market for some time for lovers of younger, fruitier wines). It was vinified with minimal intervention and then aged in French oak barrels, followed by a rest in the bottle. Thus, in this garnet-coloured Natura Reserva, we find the balance between the primary aromas of the varieties and the evolving aromas of the ageing, making it harmonious and gastronomic.

Tasting Notes:
In this ruby-coloured wine, you will find youth and aromas of fresh fruit typical of the grape varieties and the region, making it harmonious and very “Natural”.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a gastronomically versatile wine, pairing well with a board of sausages, with cheeses of different cured meats and textures, and also goes well with salads, pasta, pizzas, and grilled, oven-baked or stewed meats.
