Hand picked grapes to small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediately crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning in a controlled temperature of about 23°C. Extended maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak. This wine ages during 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a long maturation in bottle for 6 years.

Tasting Notes:
The Rio Torto vineyard has schist soils with an excellent sun exposure, in which the grapes reach perfect ripeness and give rise to unique wines by the complexity and ageing potential. This wine aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a long maturation in bottle during 6 years, which balanced the entire structure, putting together concentration and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Accompanies game dishes, such as boar, rabbit and hare.
