Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into small perforated boxes. Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 22°C. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak. For this blend, grapes were selected from a small plot of old vineyards on the estate. These were then aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months, with a final aging period of 7 months in the bottle.

Store the bottle in a horizontal position and serve at 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
A great wine to drink now but with great aging potential for lovers of aged wines. Very gastronomic, excellent to pair with more intense dishes.
