Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Pedra Alta “Alto” Red is a dark plum-colored wine with an aroma of red and blue fruits, with notes of bergamot and exotic spices. The palate is rich, hedonistic wine, with Indian ink in the mid-palate, and a finish with Earl Grey.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Lamprey rice, Portuguese stew.
