Intense and complex aromatic profile, with notes of ripe red fruit, spices and floral nuances. On the palate, it presents elegant and structured tannins, providing a long and persistent finish. A wine with great cellaring potential, ideal to accompany grilled red meats, mature cheeses and special occasions.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept lying down, in a cool, dry place, away from light. Recommended serving temperature: 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with spicy dishes, particularly traditional Portuguese cuisine.
