Product details
DWR is a Celtic term meaning strong river. Harvested by hand and de-stemmed, the grapes ferment and remain in contact with the wine for almost two years in the granite stone tank excavated with the time machine (human pantograph), suspended and subjected to lunar oscillations.
Grape Varieties:
Old Vines
Tasting Notes:
This extraordinarily slow and prolonged maceration is responsible for the delicate and precise aroma, as well as a unique texture. In its complexity, we can perceive notes of forest and red fruits, such as cherry, characteristic of Cima Corgo. In the mouth, networks of tannins and polysaccharides from grape seeds evolve into a prolonged finish.

Food Pairing:
Wine that goes very well with roast lamb, veal or octopus.
