Winemaking:
White Ports are similar to Tawnys in terms of the winemaking process and the type of ageing. The difference lies in the use of traditional white grape varieties from the region. They are usually very elegant and complex.

Tasting Notes:
It's a young delicate port, yet with the great finesse of Martha’s ports. It has a pale straw colour, rich aromatic hints of honey, and a fresh palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
To serve chilled (10ºC) as an aperitif, and at 14-18ºC as a after dinner Port.
Food Pairing:
Suits perfectly as an aperitif or served chilled with smoked fish and seafood.
