Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated ruby colour. Aromatic and fresh with ripe black fruit, blackberry, plum and raisin. Elegant balance with spicy notes and wood. Dense tannins, well balanced acidity and the minerality reveal some good structure in the mouth, body and consistency, keeping an aromatic character in a long, lingering finish, portending great longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with a more elaborate food. Combines perfectly with red meat dishes and cheeses.
