After a short period of aging in French oak barrels, we obtained a very balanced, elegant and fresh wine, with different layers and nuances, which give it seriousness and complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour with violet hues. Good concentration, clean and bright. Despite its youth, it presents good maturity with notes of black fruit and delicate floral nuances, complemented by a slightly vegetal side that gives it freshness. The ageing in barrels has given it greater seriousness and complexity. In the mouth it is very balanced, with round tannins and good structure, confirming its aromatic notes. An intense, complex and elegant wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled red meat dishes.
